Non c'est une led qu'il a dans la bouche (on peut d'ailleurs voir le fil qui passe sur sa joue sur certains gros plans) et qui l'éclaire donc de l'intérieur.

Pas très pratique pour chanter, mais le rendu est vraiment... original!
