Guy on the roof did not shoot up heroin, sorry to burst you bubble. that was my mom's diabetic needle. for real. he wasn't a junkie. that roof top was the roof of a former strip club named EJ's, that later became a rock club, then closed down. the live footage was shot in the basement of a futon shop. this is jeffy and joneejonee is right.
