  • It's nearly 40 years since I first heard this song, and it's still as relevant today as it ever was. One of the most powerful songs recorded by a sadly under-rated band (in the UK if not Germany). What a pity John and Les don't really see eye to eye now.

  • thanx for sharing this one! In good quality!

  • Awesome - I love it. When eva I feel sad I watch it and think that my life isn't as bad as theirs and I feel better. We should do something about it.

  • @Lillibet98 thank you so much for this message... In remembering that children are the most essential Wonders of the World, in protecting them for what they are : more precious than any diamond, more fragile than any Vinci or Renoir painting, and putting their best interest first. And last but not least, give to the children the Right to be Children, respect Conventions protecting them, and insure that these Conventions and International HUmanitarian Laws are respected by out-laws.Love & Peace

  • Wow super video y q grupazoooo B.J.H

  • touches you in a both negative and positive way.....I feel humble, I have had big challenges, depression, a dark year BUT I have so much still,,,,,,,,,,,, God, bless these children, end the immense suffering and give us all inspiration to do something about the victims of an unfair world!!!

  • cela fait longtemps que nous avons oublié que nous étions des children of the univers... merci pour cette chanson et ces images

  • Thank you ... and the more so for the compliment for my video... arg, the quality is not really good, but well, maybe one day we'll not only sing where have all the flowers gone, but let the seeds of love grow with love...

  • Yes, I´m touched by this song and yor video. Thank you!

  • Thank you Eilan for letting these words... yes I suppose this song left its mark on me... and since 1974, to imagine that if South Africa, Vietnam, Ireland knew some progress, some unheard crying children are still unheard that makes me so sad, you can't imagine.

  • this puts across a huge poitn this song that needs to be adressed i kno a friend who wrote a song called arm chair warriors and its true we all sit around while terrible things are happening else where

  • well there is the armchair warrior who cannot imagine what it means to give birth under bombs, what it means to push an anguish cry looking for the first time at a strange kind of head, who cannot even imagine what love is and who dreams of reason to hate, of war, and being the little lord of war.

There are warriors in armchair after the war. And a third kind, people trying, at least, to be unarmed chairman of love, and making war to hate.

Yes wherever you look, you could sit and cry.

  • Oh ... and Barclay James Harvest sang another song that could be a wonderful sequel, if life let these darlings could grow with love : Life is for living, and living is free... Thanks

  • I'm impressed. Good job.

  • Oh April you're too kind. Well, ohlala, It was my first video... but I put a bit of my heart in it, and so, thank you for your message.

  • 10 peace **********

Great song and message, very powerful!!

  • A 1974 song ... Can you imagine ... How some things never change ... I wonder if one day, people will realize it's not "corpses" that are being shown on TV every night ... but what used to be the greatest Love and Hope of a Life. And that some children are living (and dying) under a mix of all of these wars and dramas from last century reunited in one place. Oh yes, how I wish for people to open their eyes.

  • I graduated from high school in 1974 so this song is very meaningful to me. I remember hearing the "body count" of the Vietnam war on TV on the news during supper every night when I was growing up. I couldn't even swallow my food because I was choking back tears. Why don't we learn from history? Children deserve so much better. I love Yusuf Islam's song The Little Ones. I'm glad I met you. It's great to connect with a kindred spirit. Peace and love forever!

  • In 1974, I was behind windows painted in blue... and wondered about things, in this world. Then, I realized some children even had no windows, no roofs. Feeling connected to more than one continent or piece of world and then having the chance of being the mother of more than one child, and loving them all the same, made me realize that the only link between all the people is this kind of universal love. And this love consists to respect children rights. Everywhere. A very basic philosophy ;)

  • ... neither words, nor images ... Hi antmin 1284 thank you for this message.

  • Words can't describe the magnitude of this song...!!!Simply gorgeous...

  • Yeah... places change but small boys, kids, little princesses full of hopes never change.

    an endless dream

    next door or

    extraordinarily miles away ...

  • BJH at their greatest! :-)

  • merci pour ce clip peace

  • merci pour le petit mot. Peace...

Out of Time est une sublime chanson, aussi. :) Elle était dans le film Retour avec Jane Fonda.

Well, the answer my friend is blowing in the wind...

  • An extrememly fitting set of pictures to an excellent song! Very well done. :)

Quite horrific in places! gets the message across very well!

  • Thank you...

Let the seed of love, grow with Love
