@Virzy7 Yeah you're right, turns out it is doable. I suppose I didn't really test it as much as I could have, because everyone started using webby's crouch flying route, and it seemed to have been deemed faster than the traditional fling method. Oh well, someone posted this video to reddit and it brought a bit of attention to my channel, so I suppose doing this the harder way wasn't a complete waste of time :P. It didn't really take all that long anyway. I suppose the slightly higher difficulty

Is that beginning really much faster than the other, easier way to fling to the other side? After all, you still need to wait for the excursion funnel to come on either way.

@Virzy7 Yes, it's definitely quite a bit faster. If you do it the other way, the problem is that you have to wait for the invisible wall to disappear before you can fling across. This means that you have to wait pretty much until the chamber has stopped moving. The problem this creates is that you don't have enough time to fling across, move over and place the portal on the funnel, then move back to the button before Wheatley starts talking.

Turns out that if you start doing the fling stuff right around when GLaDOS says "DID" and shoot at least one portal (to position the funnel to grab the cube) while flinging, you can do it. It's cutting really close though; your fling definitely gives you more time to position the portals.

@HuntersTits I'm not sure what you mean. Are there going to be videos by other players on this channel, you mean? Because if that's what you mean, the answer is no. The only other person who would have put videos in this channel is Invictus, with whom I originally made the channel, but he has since retired from Portal. As such, this is now just my channel. The only time you will see other players featured is when I post co-op videos of myself playing with them.
