Routing Guitar Rig 5 Pro for "Live" recording in Nuendo / Cubase

Can you possibly explain this from a noobie perspective? I understand some of the basics but can't catch up to where you started from. I will literally pay you (via paypal etc.) to explain this process in detail to me. I have GR5 and Cubase 6 and am dying to get the optimal signal sound

@eevvxx80 The interface is a very cheap Alesis Multimix 16 FireWire mixer. Straight into the desk from my Telecaster, nothing else.

@2009korte Thanks very much. I rushed through this one very quickly. I'm going to take more time to do some more indepth walkthroughs involving guitar stuff, and also how to get some really great workable drum sounds from software too.
