@fearlesslimitless: yes they are both Deaf. I believe this was from a dance troupe performance called "Vibrations" where all the dancers are Deaf. They feel the vibrations of the beat and learn the lyrics. And if you do not know ASL, he did an awesome job translating the lyrics from English. He was right on the beat!! Amazing!

Sean Berdy is amazing! I love the show Switched at Birth, it helped me learn more signs that I didn't know previously. My friend is hard of hearing and technically a CODA, so I've been learning mostly from him. But since I can't really sign at home (my mom doesn't like it since she doesn't know the signs), I haven't been able to practice much. I hope I meet a lot of deaf people and can become more involved in the deaf community this Saturday at the Deaf Arts Festival in Brooklyn, MI. :)

I love this performance! I've always wanted to learn sign and now having a freind who is hard of hearing it's essential. It's never really stuck. Watching "Switched At Birth" helped alot and one day I was unintentionally signing along with a song...I realised that was helping me. @kajol511 It's not just the deaf people. It's the plot line in the entire show. If you've never met or seen sign language it is something new. It's interesting. Have you ever SEEN the show? I bet not. You're too quick to judge. The characters aren't just "deaf". It's amazing to watch them over come their impairment, watch their interaction. So instead of assuming, read up.
