The engine on the Bowler was developed from a Landrover engine, by TVR, which is why it has that gorgeous "I am King of the world" exhaust note and sounds like the Rover V8 in a TVR Griffith 500. Amazing similarity in sound... and performance as it happens!
Thanks for the correction - Topgear stated TVR in the commentary but never mentioned Bowler however I checked the bowler-offroad website - looks the same, absolutly awesome!!
Its a Tomcat. Bowler Wildcats have a side air intake behind the doors right?. And looking at the video that Bowler does not have side air intake. Also the hood intake differs on the tomcat and wildcat. right?....
The word ANORAK springs to mind - however its an anorak I would definitely wear. For you to be this detailed I guess you have been closer than looking at photos?

Just for the record, the Kayak did no0t hit ice, the Bowler did . . . head-on . . . without so much as a scratch.

@NICnooxx this one has a different chasis to the bolwer, it has a range rover one , the bowler has a modiefied defender one
