it is proberly your fps type in console: " cl_showfps 1 " if ur ´talking about css. it should be atleast above 75+ or u got a fps problem if u have, try to find a fps config that get ur fps more stabile.

there's other factors that affect your ping, like how far you are from your router and how long your lan cable is if your wired to your router. Also having several internet pages open at the same time lowers ping (AIM is a ping killer). Try downloading Game Booster too.

Yes, there is a run on Vista. Just press start then on the little search bar in the bottom, type in "Run" and click the first link. :)

just go: start->RUN->regedit

hkey-local-machine->system->cu­rrentcontrolset->services->tcp­ip->parameters

right click on the place u see ur ip adress(not on the file) and press NEW -dword value (32 or 64)

name it "TcpAckFrequency" and right click MODIFY value to 1 and hexdecimal and u click ok.

If you are saying that it doesn't exist, it exists, but depends on your Windows version. Anyway you can create the keys and input the values mentioned in the video there.

However if you are saying that changing anything under MSMQ doesn't affect Ping/Latency (package managing) please be more clear.

Yes there is such a directory as msmq, I just opened it up. In the description is says you can download it from the microsoft site- I already had it there.
