@ben3580 The room is dark so the beam is clearly visible. Smoke would enhance beam visibility but is not necessary.

and are you legally allowed to buy lasers higher than class 3A the laws from the FDA arent real clear, as usual, so if i buy a 200mW will i be fined? or sold a product that actually wont be 200mW?

@italianbroker1 for extremely high power weapons grade lasers, reflection of the dust can blind you. For normal lasers like these, there is no risk at all.

All Dragonlasers customers in the US can buy lasers with 1 watt and higher with out any legal problems.
