Being Catholic (or any other religion) will not get you into heaven. To go the heaven you must have your sins forgiven and that is by the blood of Jesus, not the Catholic Church (IJohn1:7). Put your faith in Jesus alone for salvation! John 3:16, 36, Eph.2:8,9; I John 5:13.
I don't understand if people can believe that there is a devil and he's red and he has a pitchfork, then why can't people have an open mind that there can be aliens. Thanks for your question. I'm not sure where a red devil and pitchfork came from. The Bible says Satan appears as an angel of light to deceive people (see II Cor.11:14). His fall from heaven is recorded in Isa.14:12-14, Ezek.28:12-19 where he is called the King of Tyre, and Luke 10:18.
Hell is very real and is a lake of fire see: Mark 9:43, Rev.20, Rev.21:8.
