@chatterer666 it absolutely was plastic surgery. Have you actually looked at the images after her supposed accident? Her face was back to normal, except for a scar under her eye, by 2008. Her new face didn't arrive until 2009.
Here is a good example on how surgical modifications can make you look less attractive and much older. She suddenly aged 10 years and looks less hot,and she probably paid handsomely for it.

I saw Rose on The Talk a few months ago, and I could not get over how different her face looked. I could barely pay attention to what she was saying in the interview because I'm thinking.... WTF did you do to your face! Her make-up was awful as well.

There was no reconstruction of her lips or cheeks. If you angle her head at the same degree you'll notice that all bones and flesh below her eye line are exact to the level of differentiation you'd expect from years of ageing.
Why does everyone who gets plastic surgery blame it on some unfortunate event or medical condition. "I had to do it for my deviated septum...i had to do it cause I was in a car wreck...I had to do it to cure my cancer". Why is it so hard to just admit you were insecure about your appearance?

I think she might have had a brow lift, which will raise your eyebrows like that and botox will relax the forehead muscles to the point that the outer arch of the brow, near the temple, becomes higher on the face.
Rose's nose looks smoother in the bridge (that might be because it was broken in the accident) and her cleft chin looks smoother, rounder. The cupids bow (the curve in the middle of her top lip, the very edge) is broader too.
Rose had curvy cheeks but they seem even fuller now.
I think it is just ridiculous how celebs feel "inferior" and then get ridiculous non-human-looking surgery done, like "surprise" eyebrows, cheek implants and trout pout lips. I don't think the cheek implants and lip work were due to a car accident at all, they're cosmetic surgeries that many celebs get when they're a bit older. I just feel sorry for her that she felt she needed to make herself look "better" and thinking surgery would do this for her. There was no reconstruction of her lips or cheeks. If you angle her head at the same degree you'll notice that all bones and flesh below her eye line are exact to the level of differentiation you'd expect from years of ageing.

I think she might have had a brow lift, which will raise your eyebrows like that and botox will relax the forehead muscles to the point that the outer arch of the brow, near the temple, becomes higher on the face.
Rose's nose looks smoother in the bridge (that might be because it was broken in the accident) and her cleft chin looks smoother, rounder. The cupids bow (the curve in the middle of her top lip, the very edge) is broader too.
Rose had curvy cheeks but they seem even fuller now.

Many times it does improve their looks if done correctly but not on an already young and attractive girl.

I think it is just ridiculous how celebs feel "inferior" and then get ridiculous non-human-looking surgery done, like "surprise" eyebrows, cheek implants and trout pout lips. Smoothing out the wrinkles, I could see, from days gone by, now the massive amounts of surgery done is ridiculous. People look like robots.Shame on the plastic surgery industry that makes people feel inferior, as well.

Yeah, her eyes are what make her look most unnatural and they were due to surgery after a car accident. However, that's clearly not the only 'improvements' she's had. She may have gotten a face lift to try and improve her eyes, I don't know. The poor girl.

A person getting cosmetic surgery for the injury Rose McGowan had does not require filler in your face.You dont add cheek implants, brow lift and face filler and a nose job to repair a scar under the eye. She fucked her face up probably because she thought she looked bad after the accident not because she needed it from the accident. Either way, she looks terrible now.

I don't think the cheek implants and lip work were due to a car accident at all, they're cosmetic surgeries that many celebs get when they're a bit older. I just feel sorry for her that she felt she needed to make herself look "better" and thinking surgery would do this for her. I don't blame this on her at all, it's a horrible industry based on looks and judgement, she must have felt bad about herself to do this. I don't think we should judge her any more than she already has been.

You people are totally clueless and beyond rude. She got in a car accident and had to have reconstructive surgery: McGowan suffered serious injuries in a car accident early in 2007. Riding as a passenger, her car was struck by another vehicle and the force of the impact drove her eyeglasses into her face. McGowan is quoted as saying, "I didn't realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye."
