Scottish students do have to pay tuition fees to study in England. The Scottish Parliament didn't vote against student loans either. It's the same company which provides the loans to English and Scottish students.

i'm over £20,000 in debt from my degree- tuition fees are not the big expense, living costs are. so this video is bullshit, i don't know any scot who is debt free at the end of their degree. and scottish degrees are a year longer too.

As a student currently studying in England, who went to school in Scotland, I can confirm that Scottish students DO have to pay tuition fees in England. Ridiculous that you didn't check this before making this video, and also, fees for English students in Scotland are about half as much as English fees are.
