You can get a Frenzyheart pet as an Oracle-aligned character and Oracle as Frenzyheart-aligned. It really doesn't matter which faction you're friendly with. Next year it'll be possible to have both regardless if you switched or not.

Very, very excited for this. The oracles' idle animations are some of my favorites in the game. Can't wait to have one of my own! So adorable!

The pet seems to not be BoP, so say if I was to do the dailies on my 80 DK then send the pet over to my 80 Hunter, I'd be able to obtain both. Mind you, this is probably subject to change due to it being PTR and whatnot.

You can only complete one quest chain but it is to be assumed that next year you would be able to pick up the other pet. As the other childrens week reset every year to give you a chance at the remaining pets.
