I removed the mid pipe and used a piece of rebar to break up the first set of cats. I'm sure you could get the second set if you bend the rebar to match the curve of the pipe. I however just cut the pipe and had my friend weld them back on.
It will be VERY loud though. So make sure you want to do it. It would probably be easier to go to a shop and just have your rear cats cut off and have some pipe welded in it's place. It will be louder and deeper but it won't be against emissions.
