I cut all my coupons so i can have them with me when I find a unadvertised deal. I use a metal ruler to tear them. It's quick and easier on the hand.

I actually use the same method ofrecollating my coupons, I dont have to pay for the paper because my fiances dad gets the saturday and sunday papers and give me the inserts and so does his Grandma. I am a busy mom of 2 and dont always have time to put them in my binder so what I decieded to do is take plain white envalopes for the same amount of sections I have in my binder and lable them with Food, HBA ect. and when I cut I put them in their and when i am watching TV I put them in my binder =)

i am amazed by this tip. how did you get your babies to work. my kids would probably end up stapling their pants to the coupons!

Okay, I like that you recollate, but don't cut! That's neat. That will work for most of my q inserts. However, I receive inserts from others within my region and the q's are not all located in the same place in the insert. How annoying. But, I will try this!

You're from Georgia? I am too! You don't get the double issues?? Thats how I use to cut my coupons too. I would cut them as soon as I get them though and then put them in my binder. It was so easy to do it that way, then when I get my shopping list, all I would have to do is grab the coupons out and then I was ready to go!! But having so many copies, I got behind and then just started using a filing box.

I used to get doubles on Sunday, but now I get singles on Saturday, its cheaper. I did the math - Sunday 2 Double sets costs $6 = 4 papers, but I get 6 singles a day early for $6. Thats buy 4 and get 2 FREE! Now I can take that $3 and buy at least $6 worth of groceries. every penny costs when you trying to feed these kids. Blessing you for your efforts girl!

In my opinion (and that was it is, an opinion..) The more papers, the more investing Im doing in my own budget. A paper is $1 but even if I save only $5 per insert x 6 papers, thats $30 I dont spend. And I know Im saving more then that. Oscar Mayer bacon was BOGO, I used 4 $1 off coupons for 4 pks bacon. Normally 4 pks would cost $16 (4x$4). I spent $4. That 1 purchase paid for those papers! At least that what I tell my husband when buy so many!

I get 8 papers.. If I were to cut only 10 coupon outs, that would be 80 possble chances to stab myself and waste my time. This way 10 coupon and only 10 possible stabbings. GREAT!! and the kids work too, NICE =)

I use the same system "now" wish is very fast. When I first started I was cutting each individuas coupon. Also check the Parade magazines in Sunday papers they have coupons in it sometime.
