Killed? Not hardly. Looks to me like it was overgrazed, so rest it for a year, or use more cross fences. How about a few tanks put away from the ripian areas? Your group could raise money for cross fences? Be much better than just outlawing livestock grazing. You will never sell anyone on anything with your attitude.
