that and if u think about it in, in album versions, everybody has time to practice those parts or that song as much as they need to until recording day... so they can make it sound how they want, they cant do that live, because after a show, they tell u not to talk for a few hours or until next day, so if u practice too much b4 the show, ur voice will be gone lol

Zp is a great singer, not the best, but still great, and just because his vocals arent the same as the album doesnt mean he cant sing, go look at club teatria, he has extremely smooth singing there, better than the album in my opinion, no singer is going to sound the same as the album EVERY SINGLE TIME, and sometimes they dont get as good as a breath that they need to sing that part, that and u gotta look at the area, some places have different background interference than others as well...

One of my top 3 favorite D-force songs (other 2 are Soldiers of the Wasteland and VOTD). I just need to know something: I've noticed in this song, and most of the other songs as well, that it sounds kind of jumbled and hard to hear everything clearly during the verses. Did it sound like that at the actual performance? Or was all the guitar, drums, and singing going on all at once just too much for the camera to handle? Its probably the latter, but I just need to have some comfirmation.

Yeah live they play a few songs lower key like through the fire and flames, my spirit will go on etc.

I heard it's because it makes the music sound heavier (they wanted) and also because it helps keeps ZP's voice intact.

When touring every day playing show after show singing as high as ZP does his voice would totally be screwed for life so they lower the pressure on his voice by taking it down a key ;)

Yep, well, they play the songs the same way, just tune their instruments down half a step. So the guitars are in Eb (E flat) instead of E. And yes quite a few bands do it, metallica for example, and Sonata Arctica play quite a bit lower then their album. But they sound just as cool.
