Guys, stop flipping out on him about the Spinarak. Truth is, you CAN get really cool Pokemon from something good (like Dragonite or that Chansey you know you want =]) Plus, and listen to this because it is good advise, IF YOU DON'T RECRUIT HIM, YOU CAN COME BACK AND GET MORE WISHES FROM HIM! Granted it would be very time consuming, but anyone that is still playing red or blue has to be pretty good by now. Plus he only comes at level 45, so he's not that great.

Unfortunately, the Pokemon you can't get is legendaries, Castform, any version exclusive Pokemon, Pokemon you already have or any Pokemon whose Friend area is already full. The Pokemon will be at Level 1 and will have a low IQ.

If you wish for something good, a random pokemon you've seen in dungeons before but hasn't joined you will want to. Thats how Jirachi will help me recruit all pokemon- less than 100 more is all I need.

Well, that seems to be a bit of a letdown... Only a Spinarak. I recruited Jirachi first try; I couldn't be bothered to go through wish cave twice. Jirachi would have been much better as a reward, unless the Spinerak turned out to be lvl100 LOL!
