I remember the first time I saw this show. It was the first time I had ever heard those kind of english accents and couldn't understand what they were saying some of the time. They had subtitles for the first episode, but after watching a few episodes I got used to the accent and didn't need subtitles anymore. lol

I had the most trouble with chris and jal's accents.Even with the really posh ones there were times when all their words would rub together and I couldn't understand. From the later seasons cook's accent was hard to understand at first. And they said a lot of slang words and weird phrases I've never heard.

The UK Skins is the original series by the way...Now there's a US remake though with different people and the US version is still on season 1, i think that's what you are referring to...i'm not sure what you are looking for but i hope i helped a little anyways... :-)
