Your post workout meal needs lots of help man. I would recommend to stay away from milk for a few hours after your workout because of the casein. And it doesnt have to be a meal. It can be more of a snack. You just need something that digests easily. So eat fruit, drink juice, and give yourself some whey with water. You want carbs and SUGAR after your workout to raise those glycogen levels.
So what's gonna happen , wen you stop doing all the protein and oatmeal treatment? your body will relie on that stuff , unless your "juicing" ..... = O

they have outlandish eating habits and diets. its not good for your body because your body becomes preoccupied by al that digestion that it cant do, results in body slowdown and fatness .... this is not a matter of opinion you do that you will be able to putt on some seroius weight of fatt adn you be batling against your self to gain a desirable physique

i tell you i ate like he did , now eating more lighter .. yo udotn even need so much protein as the ywant yo uto think .but i guess that its not easy to accept..

@TheRogueMonk This doesn't add fat for a body type like mine, with a high metabolism etc.. And when fibers such as broccoli, and other greens are added, plus the enzymes used in RTN product I am on, that allows for effecient digestion.

Really admire your strict routine and I have alot of time for you and your videos. Diet is the hardest thing for me, I've got most else in the bag. just something i like to do is boil my chicken its much cleaner and stays so much more moist then you can season it to add flavor , it only takes about 10 minuts

i have a cup of fat free cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter 30 mins to an hour before bed =D cant stand yogurt... yet ironically i love cottage cheese

My nose gets full of crap ... and i sneeze for like 30 mins ... so i guess i am allergic to oatmeal i dont know ... but what can i eat to remplace oatmeal ?
