The one near the name vendor wont be available till you finished all the quests in Fable. when you killed Jack of Blades.. that door will open.. you can reach a Heart of Fire there.. wich is some kind of gem needed to defeat Jack's new form.

Um.....no you can't. I've played both The Lost Chapters and I even downloaded the original and the only things you get from that chest is a chicken suit an expression book and a experience potion and some other stuff.
