this model design reminds me of what the enemy in bionic commando design, you know enemy goes flying and become ragdoll after getting kill.

Many of the bad reviews this game received cited the retro gameplay as one of its biggest drawbacks, a criticism that makes no sense to me. Retro gameplay is a huge plus in my book, especially for a game that is an obvious homage to old school side scrolling shmups. Blood Bath is a good time.

this game isn't just a side scrolling game. eat lead is a parody game, that makes fun of lots of different genres of gaming, such as third person shooters, side scrollers, and RPGs. the only bad thing is, the game had mostly bad reviews. I don't see why though, it looks really good....

What about shadow complex, that game was good, castle crashers was good too, and geometry wars. Its not about the graphics, its about the game play. I only enjoyed this game because it reminded me of metal slug, and I loved metal slug.

in a small way yes but I think of it more of a pick up and play game. Shadow Complex has a detailed story behind it while this game is a shoot em' up similar to metal slug. I believe the "Fuck this shit" difficulty is where you die from 1 hit.

Do some more research first please, Castle Crashers is not the only beat em up known to man and there have plenty of games that have 3D elements and side scrolling gameplay.

You're still young and very new to gaming for what I can tell; this new generation is full of 3D games, most of them being FPS. Sidescrolling is one of the most praised styles in gaming; they require a lot of skill and reflex as well. I have a homework for you: play Castlevania I and III, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Castlevania 4, Megaman (at least 2 and 3), Gunstar Heroes, Contra (the 2D ones). Then think about your opinion on sidescrollers.
