Why is almost every mario song with lyrics in rap form? In my opinion I think it sucks that way because I flat out hate rap. But hey its just one person's opinion. However tho, could we perhaps get a song that isnt a rap?
@Unworkable34 meh always a critic, but then again its your opinion. i dont like rap either but its the fact that the lyrics had somethin to do with the game, is what made it cool, at least thats one of the BiG reasons ppl would like this song. Some lyrics: "Castle in the sky"? "Murky sewers"? "Take back our palace"? "Return to become the prince"? "Put falling stars back in the sky"?
Plus theres no cursing which is rare these days, Just defending the other side

Eh, the lyrics are silly. In my opinion, not very good rap.
However, what makes this song very interesting is the baroque element as the background music to the rap.
If you want, I can give you the first 32 measures of lyrics if you want. After that, I stopped transcribing, lol
