it's a shame you feel that way because so many people love them. Not supposed to eat for 1-2 hours before. Drink lots of water and no alcohol with it.
i payed $30 for 3 grams and they had a $240 tin of PUFF. I was looking to get off the other stuff, and the store helped reasonable well. Puff was ok, but like most alternatives there is no real THC in it or Synthic bs found in this product.
