This is an epic guitar riff, but ultimately a really, really juvenile song aimed at about the sixth grade mind, which made it perfect for the seventies.
Still, Ted's first solo album is an alltime classic, stem to stern. He could sing like nobody's business, too, extremely unusual for such a good guitar player. He was the perfect symbol of American consumerism, but he's an incredible example of serious talent matched with uninspired brains. The act was funny in the 70s, now it's just retarded.
