Wow, I think Zexion has to be the most difficult Organization XIII member from the looks of it. What exactly do the commands say when your command menu becomes a book?

@SammyySong it says stuff like "treasure" "heal" and some other stuff... you have to hit "release" to get your old commands back. and no hes not the hardest haha

It's not a health cheat; on Critical Mode in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+, there is an ability that doesn't allow Sora to level up (however, there are several health bonuses throughout the game, as there are in the original Kingdom Hearts 2).

It's a move you can learn in Kingdom Hearts II.
