@comicbookheros So you got to the area with the flowers (pretty!) but he wasn't there? I'm sorry, but the only other way to get him would be to use a cheat that allows you to catch any Pokemon you want. It gives you 4something master balls, and if you know the Pokemon # for Shaymin, you throw out master balls until only the Shaymin's number is left. See if you can find that cheat on a website.

Without the action replay, you have to go to a pokemon event (in real life), I think. Other than that, I don't know of a way without the cheat.
