Ahhh, finally, its a non-political video. I eat chilli almost everyday. Actually, I eat chilli everyday. The only drawback is that I get hiccups after eating too much chilli. I eat green chutney almost every other day. Green chutney is a mixture of green chilli + coriander + mint. You can also add salt + sugar along with lemon juice. It tastes really good. I eat green chutney with rice and dal. It's really mouth watering. I also eat green chutney with samosa, idli-wada, and pakoras.

I really like hot spicy foods and I eat it often. I am starting to grow my own Habanero and Thai chillis (and Tabasco) but recently I read that maybe eating too hot of a pepper might cause stomach cancer but I dont want to believe this because it was only one study and it was done in Mexico.

I'm also trying to grow the Naga Jolokia pepper (I think its from India) and its supposed to be the hottest in the world. I keep my fingers crossed :)

habenero is fleshy chilli unlike leafy indian and indonesian chillies, so the ripenning enzymes of other fruits and vegetables from solanacae family as tomatoe cucumber, melon, eggplant etc. can ripen and decay habenero rapidly. thats what i meant.

Im addicted to chillies, we can't really find anywhere with a big variety of chillies where I'm at, but plenty of Jalapenos and Rajah birdseye chillies anyway, I have jalapenos in omelette, on sandwiches, arse bleeding madras curries, and even in soup. 1 jar of chillies lasts me about 2 days....jeez! I'm not that a big fan of jalepenos, but I LOVE the chipotles. They add a great smoky hot flavor to anything you add them too, but they're not so hot that they overwhelm other flavors in the recipe.

The restaurant I eat at will put about 5 whole chipotles on my burger and it just makes it unbelievable.
