  • Its too hard to tame them your just gonna stress the hell out of it if i want to handle my geckos its gonna be either Grested or AFTG

  • Well, I was taming my female tokay and she bit my glove and didn't let go for 3 to 4 hours

  • How old was this gecko in this video????!

  • @monokrome once bitten, rinse the tokay's head with water, it will easily let go,, or let him inhale vinegar scent,, i tame my tokays and being bitten is literally a part of it,, :D

  • what kind of substrate is that

  • Was that paper towel in the bottom of his cage?

  • do they die if u hold them aloot ??

  • @geckofreak909 they will calm down if work with them, especially CB and CBB ones.

  • @geckofreak909 sorry for delay, really backed up in questions and been sick/busy.. Handling causes stress, especially with WC ones that are already stressed out a lot. I don't think handling them itself gonna kill them but added stress not helping. Make sure give any new one plenty of time to settle into new home before attempting to handle.

  • @ReptileMan27 kus i bought my first one and when i got him home i was checking him for any sickness tht he might have and he just fliped over on my hand... at first i though he was playing dead but he was in the same possition in his tank for three dayz

  • how do you handle the larger ones? Gloves?

  • what kind of scorpion was that in the intro

  • i swear down my mate, let a fully grown one bite his ball sack and his nipple haha it was sooo fucking funny

  • He's all like "Haha I got you, bitch!

  • it took 6 minutes and 34 seconds for that little bugger to let go!!!

  • those are some nice geckos man!

  • as your career do you want to work with reptiles. and whats the video were the pacman eats a pinky in the intro.

  • does it hurt when they bite u

  • @zzzz0313zzzz when this small not really. When bigger however its not fun haha

  • does it hurts

  • if they bite you you should dip them in luke warm water

  • It seems that the reason he jumps is because you take him too far away from the cage. Also if you hold him shorter time while he is calm then put him back in the cage then he will learn you won't grab him and wont bite. Also when you put him down your hand should be approx 6 inches above the bottom of the cage so he knows he is going down.

  • puas maneh digegel...

  • i love how u tlk to tha tokay..i tlk to my leopard gecko alll tha time n my friends think im stupid..buh i treat my leo like anyone would treat a dog..i reallie believe that she listens to me n i listen to her...so im lovin this vid

  • You seem very knowledgeable about repties, and handle Tokays very well

  • The easy way to make them let go is to put them under warm water. Or dont get bit tin the first place.

  • like it!

  • where can i get a cheap and good tokay gecko

  • yeah i just got a tokay in october 08 hes now like 9 months old and hes tame! im amazed myself he almost never bites and is very mellow and eats from my hand and he enjoys to sit on my shoulder as a walk around and he never jumps. i guess i just got really lucky

  • What's your intro song?

  • tantric(down and out)

  • aw u so lucky u got a young one... those guyz are actually eally nice pets if tame... ... You are taming him right??? and also you should get something for him to bite when he opens his mouth... I used to have an iguana.. I had a little pillow that I let him bite when he goes aggressive.... you can also do that with a towel... Dude you seiously need to tame him..... he'll be great..

  • From what I understand, most all Tokays are like this. If so many are this aggressive, maybe don't belong in the pet trade. There are a lot of other reptiles that enjoy interaction with their care takers.

  • nice vid does the baby hav siblings or did u buy it.

  • I got this one with a couple of its siblings but sadly they passed away :(, this one however is doing great

  • I have always been intruiged by a Tokay Gecko. I use to have a marbled gecko. It would bite me but it would let go as well. The Gecko I had for awhile is a Leopard Gecko,. Had it for many years. Seems like Geckos last longer. But if I could get set up again I would want a Tokay.

  • hahaha, Awesome!

  • how much do you feed him

  • They are gorgeous geckos, Helpful vid :)

  • tokay likes the taste of flesh lol great vid

  • Nice tokay man. was it CB? I got two myself. Little devils :D

  • lol even as a baby he is tough like all tokays lol

  • are you going to plan on selling some when you get them bred?

  • i know he still new to you but you should start feeding it wax worms to fattin him up

  • yea he has been getting waxies

  • im gonna eventually breed my adult female, maybe to the baby one when he grows up and if he turns out to be male, cant tell for sure yet. lol, my little baby one always lets go when i put my hand back in his cage. good tips!
