Simplest way is to walk back across the road and jump up on a dumpster. You can snipe him from there. Watch out when you run away as his crew chase you

there is a much easier way to this mission. there should be a crane in the area a block away from the projects building, climb it and look for Clarence with a sniper. if done right you should be able to walk away without a wanted level.

Awesome. Hey dude, I noticed (no offence) but you don't know how to drift. To drift, use the ebrake, like u r currently doing, however when you reach the desired angle of ur drift, lightly pull reverse and you will keep moving on a certain angle without spinning out, like at 0:39
