  • I love them all, those Asian languages sound nice when being sung I guess..!

It will be quite different when during normal conversation.

    But my fave

    1. Indonesian

    2. Filipino

    4. Cantonese

    5. Thai

But it is more based on the singer's voice and the song, not based on the language....

  • thai sounds good :) filipino and indonesian singers do have good voices yet all are good to hear and relaxing :)

  • yuuki's photo is wrong!!!

  • Filipino and Korean ;)

  • i think filipino is the best. plus the fact that they can speak different languages with correct accent. i'm russian and last time i check there is a university here which teaches filipino language. the korean version sucks, sounds like a drunk man,,,

  • @cleverheadify wrong~.. can speak different languages with correct accent is Malay people from Malaysian.. don't look at chinese and indian people in Malaysia, bcoz they can't speak different languages with correct accent.. also english lorh... inmy college, we have lot teacher from filipino.. and.. they english is hard to understant.. like english in filipino accent...

  • @skemmatixx Lol not all filipinos can copy the accent, but most of the filipinos can actually speak and write excellent english, and also filipinos can speak alot of languages with correct accent, maybe your teachers there belongs to the least percentage of filipinos who could not speak english well, not being bias because im a filipino but when we look up into it, Philippines is the 3rd largest country that could speak very well in english, and 1st all over asia :)

  • @MrSuperpm1 i dont know about Philippines is the 3rd largest country that could speak very well in english, and 1st all over asia because all singaporean also can speak english... but singapore is a small country and in Malaysia, English is our 2nd language.. in Malaysia.. we use British English.. and.. Philippines is using American English right?

  • @skemmatixx yes we use american english, there are alot of languages here in the Philippines not just 2,3 but i think more than 10 languages.. I know that singapore has a lot of people who can speak english very well.. but we talk about here the versatility of speaking other languages, here in our country we know how to speak spanish, chinese and dutch.. since every courses we have here requires to learn foreign languages before you graduate, even in our philosophy, we learn how to speak hebrew

  • @MrSuperpm1 there are between 120 and 175 languages in the philippines (4 of which are confirmed dead!), top 3 major languages are Tagalog, Cebuano & Ilocano.

  • @kkebbong707 I am sorry if I'll correct what you have posted...we only have ONE LANGUAGE and that's FILIPINO, but we have A LOT OF DIALECTS all over the archipelago...Correct me if I am wrong...thanks

  • @13froilan WRONG. the Philippines have different languages and not dialects.Bisaya, Ilocano etc. are langiuages and not dialects. They are are all unique. Dialects are regional variances of one language. Like for example the Tagalog in Manila is different from the Tagalog in Bataan, Batangas or Marinduque. In Manila they say "kanal" or "estero" in Bataan they say "Taguling." They are all Tagalog but the ones found in other provinces which sound a bit different are in fact dialects of Tagalog.

  • @skemmatixx like what MrSuperpm1 said, were talking about the versatility here and i think you are being biased just because you are malaysian. maybe your teacher there is using simple english just to make it clear to their students and to understand each other. it's a strategy you know, for those slow learners it's appropriate to talk to them in simple english for them to comprehend.

  • korean don't know how to respect others or WHAT??!! I feel sorry for them. I am originally FROM Korea but honestly Korean language is sort of too bumpy to hear, compare to some of other, I think, soft and feminine language. such as Mongaolian. some languages are vowel based sound, which I have hard time to follow the up&down of stream. so my hand will be up for Mongaolian. but I don't know much about Mongaolian. I only heard couple times in my life. thx for your video!

  • filipino the best !

  • Thai sound is very like Cantonese, just because many of population in Thailand, especially in Bangkok area are Chinese immigrant. Im looking for Vietnamese and Maylaysian but coudn't see it

  • Thai is best sound and best sound

  • voices

    1.filipino

    2.thai

    3.japanese

    4.cantonese

    songs

    1.thai

    2.filpino

    3.cantonese

    From S.Korea

  • Kim ah joong is not a singer....she is actress

  • What a shame calling yourself a Korean!!! What a DISGRACE!!! And I'm being proud of who I am, so shut the **ck up calling me STUCK UP!!! You are truly a shame for our race!!! **ck you again, 4738!!!

  • My mom's Korean so I meant no harm to Korean. But what really pisses me off is your comment. Who give a **ck about you getting annoyed?! I really don't give a damn what race you are, and what ever example you give about other race, who the **ck cares!!!

That being said, let me repeat my point of view:

Korean song is the BEST!!! Rest of them are just trying to copy Korean, Shame on you all, and **ck you 4738!!!

  • @MikaRosberg trying to copy koreans? koreans copy everything from japan. japan have manga you come up with manwha. japan have jpop, you came up with kpop. japan has jrock, you cannot even copy that because your culture sucks, you can copy a rock music.

  • @MonMon298 Kpop is just pop from korea. And of anything kpop was copied from american style. Alson Korea isn't the only country that "copied" manga, the taiwanese did too with manhua. I wish people would stop attacking koreans about copying japan.

PS: Kpop and Jpop are pretty different,

  • @TheJigokuShoujofan I was in fact replying to a comment that the Filipino song here was a copy from Kpop, whichj is not. Yeah Kpop and Jpop are different, one is amaqzing and the other is trash autotuned nonsensde (kpop)

  • @MonMon298 ..not all Kpop is autotuned, haha. :) I think you'll probably have at least traces of that in any genre these days, unfortunately.

  • @MonMon298 what is kpop?? american wanabe music?

  • @aniki925 I agree. Kpop do copy Western Music. Abd now they have the nerve to say here (in the previous comments) that Filipino singers copy Kpop music.

  • @MonMon298 south korea music?? ching chong chong music...who care?...only very few third world country knows, and south gooks music very low class....just copy every thing from all over the world, not only music,

  • Korean song is the BEST!!! Rest of them are just trying hard to copy Korean style, shame on you all!!!

  • @MikaRosberg Hey, I'm Korean and I am getting annoyed by such stuck up remarks.

Korean style is not the best, even tho there seems to be a trend following K-pop, I regard it as a utmost respect,

As an example in history when China was an empire Korea had brought many of its cultural aspects, because at that time Chinese culture was awesome, however that those not mean the other countries such as Korean, Japan, Vietname etc cultures sucked. They just thought Cinese was good in diffrent ways.

  • Im Chinese so i can say im biased and choose Mandarin. But I really like Korean language and their culture. BTW what is the first song in the tagalog language? The song sounds so beautiful

  • 1.Mandarin

    2.Korean

    3.Japanese

    4.REST

Matter of fact there's no the best

    these are different cultures

China,Japan,Korea,Vietnam(THESE COUNTRIES ARE ALL FROM CHINESE CULTURE FAMILY BUT DIFFERENT LANGUAGE FAMILY)

  • @Mreleezy I think the Japanese language's origin is still debatable :)

  • @MonMon298 do your history research baby...

  • @Mreleezy i said japanese language's origin is still debatabe because different sources say different origins. it's you who should check his history.

  • I can't stop listening to the Cantonese bit. It's so beautiful! :)

  • I'm Japanese but I've never heard that Japanese song, also artist.

  • Who was the cantonese artist? The song was beautiful. :)

  • Sounds like American pop in asian languages! Mandarin version is worst.

  • My ranking goes

    1. Cantonese

    2. Japanese

    3. Thai

    4. Korean

    5. Indonesian

    6. Mandarin

    7. Filipino

  • @TheNishwa Very good list

  • thai sounds like she's seducing someone hahah

  • filipino first coz im pinoy; mandarin 2nd coz im a trying hard chinese;korean3rd coz most koreans love philippines; 4th cantonese coz dits stills chinese but totally different from mandarin; the rest is on 5th place!

  • im filipino.. but i like japanese songs, coz since i waz a kid, i always listen to my favorite anime theme songs.. hehe

  • Can't rate the languages by their singing voices.. their actual conversation voices are by far worse.

  • I don't like it when they spell Filipino as Philipino or whatsoever it is. What if we also spell Jhapanis, chinise, korians.....

  • @asianlel Agreed.

  • @asianlel ha..ha...ha...youre right.....if we do spell like that for us we are illiterate or stupid but if other asian country its o.k.....coz theyre not concious about that...(being stupid).....

  • @opmpop My Apologies

  • 1. Cantonese

    2. Thai ( Thai singing sound alot like cantonese! )

  • @Artharrex123 The Cantonese-speaking area of China is close to Thailand.

  • 1. Filipino

    2. Cantonese

    3. Mandarin

    4. Korean

    5. Japanese

  • Well, Kim A Joong is not a singer but... whatever, she sound great anyway haha

  • Filipinos. <3 Such a nice variety of Asian people. :]

  • many people made mistake...Malay language does not mean Malaysian language , it mean Melayu language

  • if you learn FILIPINO...you already learned some words in MALAY AND SPANISH.

  • @blatherskite

that's right. i was really suprised when first time know that filipino have quite many words sounded like malay words. for example I=aku(malay)=ako(filipino), you=engkau/kau(malay)=ikaw(filipino) goat=kambing (both malay n filipino)

  • @RedPlumJam most filipino words were barrowed in spanish and malay!!! in our history first people who came to pi were malays and indones!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @blatherskite and indonesian also

  • why not put on Taiwanese? It sounds good in my neutral opinion even thoungh Im a Taiwanese

  • @kevin31tt i guess taiwanese speaks mandarin

  • Korean sounds best in my opinion. It has a good balance of vowel and consonant sounds.

  • all of them are freakin good mymp is mah favorite from philippines tnx hansowya

  • This isn't fair representation since best Asian songs are mostly from Japan and Korea now days. If we really wants vocal talents and great sounds, bring on their traditional songs. Not westernized songs.

  • woow.. i like that indonesian song real good ...

  • to me Japanese sounds like a retarded little kid trying to sing (no offense) and Korean and Tagalog sound the best. I'm Chinese by the way

  • what is the title of the japanese song?

  • @piedfantailed Utsukushiki mono by Sound Horizon

  • japanese and filipino sound similar!! ^_^

  • @sunade143 maybe because the structure of the sentence And just found out that How are you in Japanese is "Ogenki desu ka" and in Tagalog is "Kamusta ka". Sounds similar. c")

  • @babyrokr only the "ka" part. the Filipino "kamusta ka" is much closer to "Como Estas of Spanish and Italian "Come sta"

  • @xxElitaOnexx kamusta was actually taken from the spanish "Como Estas". and so are ither tagalog words like silya for chair, segunda mano for second hand, sombrero, media noche, etc...

  • tagalog is d best because if u learn tagalog your accent in any languages are good

  • I'm Cantonese, and yeh Thai does sound like Cantonese ;S in songs maybe.

  • asia no.1 from Malay country,siti nurhaliza!!!!!

  • @ajoy5101 Malay language comes from Malay people in Indonesia (Riau province in Indonesia. Indonesia also has Malay tribe, we call them Suku Melayu, but not Melayu in Malaysia... It's Melayu Indonesia, not just Malaysia who has the Malay tribe!!!!!), then some people from Riau go to Malay Peninsula.... That's why....... Malay language spread all over Malaysia now!!!! Serumpun tapi tak sama!!!!

  • You Indonesian? o.O

My older brother just went back to Indonesia.. :)

    We are Chinese though..

  • @abdhee20 you are totally right..malay people in malaysia is came from Riau region in Indonesia.that's why in Indonesia they only considered as one of the many tribes that Indonesia had. They position is similar with Javanese,Dayaknese,Buginese and other Indonesian tribes.but in malaysia all people who came from many different tribes in Indonesia referred as Malay race, which equal with Indian and Chinese.Malay not a race.the true is "Nusantarian".
