When you're in character select screen, three of characters where darken out, and one of them was PTX-40A. Does it happen to characters what you beat arcade?

This was like the third time I ever used Chun-Li, lol. I'm liking Ippatsuman a lot. I'm trying to get an Air Combo down where I can link to his Final Reversal Breaker.
