  • What settings did you have around 0:40? And for the others, if possible?

  • Can you tell me what speed to put in 0:48? one frame per second or less? What opening? And at 1:16 ?

  • I should note that in some ways the digital still cameras can be less expensive to use, but more limiting as well. Film cameras don't really care how long the exposure is, whereas digital still cameras may have limits as to how much intense light they can absorb.

  • I use an actual film super-8 film camera that does time-exposure. Some cameras such as Eumigs and Nizo's offer the time-exposure feature.

    In the world of digital video, some still higher end digital still cameras allow for this type of filming as well. Super-8 cameras have about 3600 frames per cartridge so one film cartridge can last quite awhile.

    Costs include film cartridge, processing, then transfer to the video format of your choice.
