  • I have just recently started using front hip circles for my girls bars training and it has helped tremendously with getting their shoulders over the bar and encouraging continuous movement in their routines.

  • Front Hip Circle for Kips?There are other better drills to help with the shifting of the hand which are much easier and more productive. Honestly, the Front Hip Circle is a waste of time to learn and it serves no purpose. The "Kip" on the the hand is a great skill. Thanks for the video!
