Dude, you have no fucking clue about how the structure from dnb and drumstep is. You think its drumstep only because there are some wobbles and pitched basslines in it. The difference between those two "genres" is the beat. Drumstep has a half-stepped beat like dubstep. The drum patterns are arranged halftime then the usual dnb drum pattern. This gives you the feeling its slower because its halfstepped but it isnt, the BPM is still around 175 as normal dnb tunes are.

Basically the drumstep beat is just a faster version of a dubstep beat. This one obviously has a Drum and Bass Beat in it and not a drumstep, thats why it is DRUM AND BASS.

@IamDubnium you are right, beats are both kick snare patterns, so it's understandable that some people do not understand if we are counting beats, kick on 1 on both drumstep has a snare on 9th beat (half) and dnb has a jump on the 11 beat, dnb has ghost beats that's why its more rhythmical and alot better :D
