To change the system, each one of us need to change first. Even in foreign countries.. Indians are known for fraud. Find the loop holes in any system and then cheating. Dont want to pay taxes, no hesitation to trash the public places, go through any shameful way to get things and earn things without hard work. First we need to have a value based education system than the current tablet type system that just give you a job but not make you a good citizen.
