Everyone are cylons. Just that the humans are the most advanced cyclons with reproductive abilities. The final five is the missing link, not mechanical and but not advanced enough.
The true humans or Gods as they are known were extinct long ago. They created machines to carry their legacy.
Hmm I'm thinking they are all going to die. Anders told them to stay with the fleet. Yes he was addressing the other final 5 cylons, b ut he might have also meant Galactica. Plus Starbuck got the location of the colony from him. Both Anders and the base ship's hybrid said she was the harbringer of death and would lead them all to their end. Head 6 also said it was humanity's final chapter. I hope I am wrong, but I fear I am not.
Well this episode destroyed all my theories before it, however to some new ones. And I can't belive you guys did not at least hint at this!
There was a planet that boomer jumped near looked like a very familiar planet, mainly Juipiter. Which means, and i have had this theory since 4.12, that Galactica will have to return to the Sol System, and mainly Earth. Further evidence is that it looks like, from the trailer, that they find Cavel in an ateroid or ice field, which could be obviously
either the juipter field, or the one dividing the solar system. Which brings out some interesting theories of its own. Mainly that Cavel has known everything! EVERYTHING. Including th location of Earth, and has decided to move there recently. And has been manipulating and play out everything from the beginning. I really think that the final battle will take place over Sol. The only problem though, with this, is that Earth is a nuclear wasteland, but they could handle that multiple ways.
aa....Leoben showing up....what, wait, ok I'll get that thought out my head aswell :P.I frakkin loved this episode. The end scene was just perfect.
Just a thought, at the begining of the episode Hera was playing with a model of the Galactica crashing into the colony. It fits since Galactica is on its last life. Foreshadowing me thinks :D
I think that Cavil has a specific plan for Hera. Maybe, by studying her, he can possibly understand resurrection, and now knowing how it can be done, download the skinjobs into more "suitable bodies" as Cavil said. Maybe he wants her so that they can download into centurion form again. Heh, it would be funny if he downloaded into an Imperious Leader body.
I wonder if because resurrection isn't possible, is that the reason for the old cylons. Maybe they are cheaper to build, or were offline and came back online when resurrection ended; maybe to make up for lost centurions
Well, as for why go on the offensive- Well, Galactica is about to literally fly herself apart. Rather than let that happen, she's ending as a warship, in battle.
As for the original cylon ships, I'm suspecting that we might see the Guardians again. They did lose a baseship, but we don't know if they were completely eliminated. The split in the main Cylon fleet and presence of the Final Five may force them to make hard choices about what side they take.
as soon as starbuck plugged anders back in, i was assuming he'd jump them. it was right there on the edge of my mind, so when they went to credits, i was like 'oh, i guess they aren't doing that.' i must be too primed for the suspenseful cliffhanger.
Man, Two left...That's The Only thing I really do not like about movies and Shows Ending, I want to See them rebuild, I want to see them become farmers and brick layers as they make a new home, I don't want this to be our last shot of them.
And I don't care about some frakin movie that takes place Before the end of the series.
I frakin' hated what Baltar did. I felt that Kara trusted him, and he turned and used her for his 'religious' message. Although, it was probably the only way that could come into the open.
I love Lee for being there for Kara :) she really needs that right about now.
Love the 'cybrid' term and I was SO thrilled to see that Hera could not only create her own projections but share in Boomer's, as well.
I agree that Tahmoh was brilliant in this episode and I think, once again, Grace Park did a phenomenal job with the emotional turmoil her characters are experiencing.
But...Leoben BETTER be in the finale because we have not seen enough of CKR this season. And I'm guessing Anders is going to jump Galactica to the secret 'colony' for the final battle.
they found earth in the preastoric age

I honestly think that there will be an all out war at the end between the Humanoid cylons and the new centurions against the old centurions.

I wonder if they will use the old Colonial Anthem during the fight. Probably not, but it would be an interesting tribute during the last battle.

She won't. Seems like she's the dying leader they've been talking all along in the prophecies

I'm sure he is. The only reason he hasn't been around lately is because he's a guest star and they saved as much money as possible for the finale.
