You guys should really try and go for a design where the physical buttons act as the software buttons. There is duplicacy otherwise. Just a suggestion.

The display instead of 4.3" becomes 4" ??Cause i see that the virtual keys moved on the top of the hard key

@Teramanos its only temp as it was in the source code and hasnt been removed yet.

How do I flash this rom correctly?

I followed the guide on sgs2ics.com

But that didn't work.

Tested the zip in winrar no errors.

@sjoerdkstegehuis If you have CWM 4 installed and not CWM 5 then you need to do the "flash from zip" part twice in a row ;)

So...

1. Boot into recovery

2. Clear data

3. Clear cache

4. Clear dalvik

5. install from zip

6. install from zip again

7. reboot

Before flash i had speedmod-kernel-s2-k2-18-test5 kernel with cm5 included.

Does that mean i had to flash it only ones?

I flashed a lot of roms before but when you flash from 2.3.5 to 4.0 its not as easy as usual.

@sjoerdkstegehuis Its no different to any other ROM :) If you have CWM 5 already then yeh only once :) - What error did you get?

Im back I was working, tried it again just flashed alpha 7 tested it with winrar the zip file was oke.

But it didn't work.

leaved the phone for 15 minutes but only showed the samsung galaxy s2 boot logo.

When i boot into recovery mode it sad sd card not mounted.

I use the stock rom kj3 with the latest speedmod kernel.

Should i try a diffrent kernel like SiyahKernel v2.1?
