3rd STB had a wide range of duties during my deployment, when we arrived in 2005 we helped support the Iraqi elections as one of our first tasks, most of the unit was split up a good portion of the deployment but we were based out of T'krit after a short stay in Baji while in T'krit we manned the Detainment facility in Spicher as well as supporting many other roles, we had a wide range of support MOS personnel that dispersed to various tasks there.

They weren't medics at all. I knew all 4 of them personally. Two were NBC but turned infantry during deployment. The other two were SIGINT.

Forgive me if I don't remember everyone, but Ratliff was a Medic, and one of the other two was also a medic. One of the ones in the background was an MP. Heck I bunked in the same building with Rat, and I would know what MOS he is. But I actually don't remember 3rd STB haveing any NBC. We sure had quite a mix though despite the majority of us being medics and MPs I think the idea was originally for us to run our own PB but it never happned.
