They actually changed the daily quest monsters to change every day, so it will be a different monster every week for the item. Sorry!

it has a drop rate of 10% it is probably a lt less in reality. They are made hard to get because they are part of a rare weapons quest chain.

Yes it is from abaddon. Very Very low quest item drop rate though.

They are the most boring to get, but the Broom of doom is more of a stauts symbol because of its rarity. Drop rate is so small it could probably round down to zero
