Nothing but he was not, considering Howard was 5'9" he was a spectacular receiver. The problem in the 92 Rose Bowl, was that we couldn't get the ball to him (and our defense was inconsistant). Washington was a better team that year, but I don't even remember much about Mario Baily, I just remember Billy Joe Hobart tearing us up.
