Whoa, yes Rix was talented, but to say he could have been coached into becoming a better QB is ridiculous. As a FSU fan who watched literally every game for the past 15 years, Chris Rix is the single dumbest QB I have ever seen, anywhere.

I would re-take Chris Rix over the QB situation we've had since then unless it was during a game against UM. He owned UF and he made more BIG plays in comparison to Weatherford. I hope after this coming year I can never say that again though.... haha we will see. Go Noles!!

yea he was physically there, like 6'4'' 225 or something like that, but his head wasnt were he needed it to be during his FSU career. bonehead plays and off the field incidents kept him from being great. I think FSU could have taken UGA in the Sugar Bowl in 2003 if Rix was there and i think they could of won against Miami in the BCS Orange Bowl 2004 if he wouldnt have made some bonehead plays late
