  • @timothyearls011 Yes Maya is capable of full character animation and lipsyncing. However you would need years of experience in the program to be able to animate them. I do not know of any easy to learn programs that could do custom 3d character animation. Good luck with your project!

  • Wow. I really wish they had this kind of animation and quality in video games 0.0

  • OMG! I' ve been searching for a long time over Landscape Sketches and Visual Architecture softwares , ... this one is the BEST I' ve ever seen; no doubt. I congratulate you for your impressing job!

  • @domnsync Thank you. We appreciate your positive feed back!

  • @Anifex3d You do apply all these productions in real, don' t you? I mean these are not just 3D videos, you make them come alive in real projects ...

  • @domnsync Yes these are real life projects that are constructed this way after we complete the animation. The terrian, stuctures, landscape, etc. are all as accurate as we can be to real life. Thanks for the comment.

  • @Anifex3d Oh! It' s nothing, you deserve it : ] I will comment again as I' m deeper into these 3d landscape design stuff ; ] I wish you good days with your studies and your personal life. Best Regards, ...

  • O.O AWESOME!!!!

  • Very nice man, what software? maya or 3ds?

  • @alexhakknen Thanks - All done in MAYA.

  • Love the views from different camera angle. That makes this animation so much more interesting.

  • @cscdigitalgraphics Thanks for your comment!

  • awesome dude...........is it possible to do dis kind of stuff in max tooo........

  • @kiranark2008 Not sure... we completed this in Maya.

  • i think im going to vomit, great rendering skills but cheeeeeeeesssseeeee, music characters. I thnk you could have thrown in some other races as well, everyone is so.....well ,blonde.

  • @burdurky Thanks for your comment. This was done pro bono for the local community so limited time went into the making of this. We grabbed a few of the characters we had rigged that fit the demographic which is 92% White and went with it. The idea was to promote the Ambassdor house as a peaceful place to have a wedding amid the gardens.

  • Amazing ! :O

can you please tell me what is the software you use ? inbox me !

  • @wes23sneijder Thanks!! We use Maya as our main 3d software package.

  • Good work guys! please check out our last work Villa animation by 3dsolutionsbiz

  • what options in mental ray did you use to get these results and how did you create and texture the skydome for the sky ?

  • @GazAnders69 The settings come with experience through many years of trial and error. Keep at it you will find your style.

  • thats a shit load of leaves to clean up in fall lol

  • nice animation. 5 stars for that!

  • Incredible. How much time did this take to produce?

  • Just under 3 weeks.

  • whoa

  • beautiful...i cant get so good quality in ma 3d max studio,it's probably i need more training with lights =)

  • If you used maya to render, what did you use to model this? Is the vegetation custom or did you purchase it somewhere? I have been looking for realistic 3D vegetation for a long time...I'm a landscape architect.

    Thanks!

  • The vegetation was created in Maya as well and is custom created by Anifex for our clientele. We try to create 3d with out limits for Architects and Landscape Architects, anything we can see or imagine we can model.

  • We have been thinking about bundling and packaging some of our plant life. At this point we have over 100 custom species. The only problem is polygonal count, in Maya the polygons are a function of RAM for the most part, the more RAM, the more poly's and we have a lot of RAM. In other programs like 3ds Max that is not necessarily the case. We are still working out the kinks of how to sell them.

  • Amazing....there are vegetation bundles out there, but none that are truly realistic to the species. For example, a Prunus serrulata, will look like generic Cherry Tree instead of having the correct shape, form, color, and texture of a Prunus serrulata. Do you prefer Maya over 3D max? You model and render with Maya...no external renderer?

  • We now prefer Maya over 3ds max, for years that was not the case. The learning curve on Maya is steep for most users, especially for newer staff trying to make the transition from Max. The rewards are worth it though, you just have a lot more freedom in Maya if you know what you're doing. We use Mental Ray built inside of Maya for our render engine. The learning curve again is steep on Mental Ray for Maya much harder to master then inside of Max but again in our opinion worth the results.

  • Sorry, last question, I promis! (and thanks of the quick response). What renderer do you use to convert your SketchUp animations? I just viewed your SketchUp video. Thanks

  • We import the SketchUp data into Maya as the base model and then add on top of it.

  • hi...im modeling in 3d max studio and i also want to be an architect one day..

in 3d max studio you can make any shape you want and add any material you want you just need to find it and it's posible on v-ray site =)

  • Damn!!! why the hell wasn't the sims 3 made like this? let's hope the sims 4 will !!!! cause these graphics are a bitchslap on Maxis.

  • it is really nice, it´s sad they did not have too many guests in their wedding

  • how long to render this?

  • Frame times on the workstation computers were between 5-6 minutes using Mental Ray. Workstations computer is a core I7 3.33ghz with 12 gig ram. On the render farm it took between 8-9 minutes per frame. The entire project from start to finish was completed in just under 3 weeks.

  • 8-9 min a frame wow.... its very detail landscape.

great job! i do 3D myself in blender and my frames takes 15-20 sec each times 1200 frames per animation, 4-5 hours

  • awesome...this is so real..:o ..

PS:can you tell me what program did u use to make the video:D?

  • The final rendering pass was done using Maya.

  • Nice camera work. I also dig the particle work, it adds a lot. As always the foliage is gorgeous ,,,
