Bill, okay, I'm like 15 months late, but congratulations on 1000 videos! And DrewNetwork did a VERY nice job on your 1001st. Good to see the regular supporting cast. Must say, LOVED the sexy shots of the Porsche. Verrrrrrry nice! As for Drew's question about how long to see all 1000 - watching at least 5 per day (sometimes much more), it's taken me 36 days to get to 1001. 36 days well spent, IMHO. Thanks!
You have come a long way Bill. Congratulations on your long video quest and I wish you many more. I also want you to know {if nothing else} that you have not only brought me entertaining videos but I have also learned a great deal from you. That in turn means a lot to me. Sort of like teacher that I have never met in person. I am still waiting for you to do a short film in Boston someday so I can make a guest appearance. Thats all Bill, looking forward to the next 1000,
Great video Bill. Have been watching your videos for years now. I like what drewnetwork did. Cool idea to do a documentary. The only person in the video i didn't recognize was the young woman. I saw some family resemblance, niece perhaps? Keep up the videos Bill. You always seem to find fun and interesting activities to vlog about.
@VirtuallyAddicted Thank you very much. Drew gets the credit for the cinematography, but I get credit for finding a life worth filming. Keep watching.
@VirtuallyAddicted My comment was a kind of joke relating to previous discussions we've had, such as the one in which I recommended the camera that WildBill uses. However, the precise answer to your question is -- no, you don't have a CCD sensor in the Kodak. You've got a single chip 5.76 by 3.29 mm CMOS sensor.
Actually I did take your advice seriously and have been advising people to buy such a camera. I may even buy one at some point when I am more financially stable.
i watched this while enjoying a freshly prepared greek salad with tomatoes, sliced cucumber, green and yellow bell peppers, red onion, cubed feta cheese, and kalamata olives...all dressed in the finest olive oil
I once saw a Drewnetwork video describing a guy, going by the channel name of Wildbill1911A1, who put out a fire at a mall he was driving by at the time. I went to the channel and saw a vast amount of videos, making it difficult to locate the one of the mall on fire. I decided to start at the 1st video and keep at it until I found the one I was looking for. I did find it, but I kept watching the remaining. Yes, I've seen all 1001 videos. : )
@EdElisea Actually, he ran into a mall that was being evacuated because of a fire alarm -- which is amazing if you think about it. People scream "fire," and Bill goes running in with a camera. I think it was that video that confirmed for me there was something different about this guy.
The real question is -- how many hours does these 1001 videos take up? I'm guessing about eight days -- but that's just a guess. Any chance you took note of the time involved?
@drewnetwork No. I take as few notes as I can get away with. Heehee. When I was in High School I hated hand writing, so, in place of an english course, I took a self identity course. As my luck goes I got an assignment to write an autobiography. Yes. I, now, more than just HATE!!! handwriting.
Congrats Bill, I enjoy your videos very much. As someone who lives in the area, I thank you for turning me on to many interesting places I otherwise would've missed.
Great job to you, and Drewnetwork for this masterpiece.
Congratulations, by formal act of the Board of Directors you've been promoted to "SENIOR EXECUTIVE Vice President." Also, your current salary has been increased by 30%.
Outstanding video. I'd raise a drink to your accomplishment but it's a bit early for that. Can't wait to see what you come up with to celebrate the 5000th. Thanks, Bill and Drew, for the entertainment.
@Sugartalker It may have been my accidental click. For a guy with bad eyesight and a slippery touchpad/mouse, I'm lucky that's all the damage I do. Sincere apologies, as I never flag or remove comments unless patently unsuitable for a family show. Please repost. - Bill
@Sugartalker If you wrote what I suggested, then you wrote among the greatest of comments in the history of YouTube. Of course, I don't understand the "ha ha," part, because there's nothing funny about what I suggested.
@Sugartalker Yes, this is the greatest comment in the history of YouTube. Congratulations, by formal act of the Board of Directors you've been promoted to "SENIOR EXECUTIVE Vice President." Also, your current salary has been increased by 30%.
Waou, what a jump...your video turns to become a documentary, may be a testimonial, congratulations.
as now you and some of your relatives talked about the reasons you were making videos, the next step should be why youtubers watch your videos lol...but yes i admit it, it wouldn't be about you, it would be about us :-)
Great video, Drew Network did a great job making this. Congradulations on the 1001st video. The only way it could be better is if they interviewed me. hahaha :)
This is wonderful. I owe Drew thanks for introducing me to your videos. You've got great style and I always enjoy the slices of life you share. Also, I've got a great eggplant/zuchinni/tuna casserole recipe if you're interested.
i'm proud to say I've seen most your videos,..and this story,..with all it's characters, all the essence of wildbill, ...is marvelous. Your family is like a warm blanket, and your videos a dose of introspect in a busy life.
@LITTLER0CKAR I'm actually curious as to how many hours of video he's posted. It just might turn out that you'd need to spend eight days to watch "all" of his videos.
