If you do that, then really, there's no way you wouldn't get results. The info is all there, the rest is pretty much up to you.

Correction: You can eat this and still loose weight its not like its 1500 calories i mean you need about 300 to 500 calories for breakfast plus your still gonna workout. so your pretty much gonna burn calories. So i don"t get how you said that this aint the perfect meal if your tryna loose weight but its good if you need more energey. well what do you need energy for? to workout so that you can burn those calories. Cmmon ppl you don't have to starve to loose weight! This perfect meal for anyone

Ah man, I wish I could stomach cottage cheese. It's the protein choice of the Gods according to my research but when it touches my mouth it's an instant gag reflex, I'm a texture kind of dude. Any advice anyone?
I'm trying to eat healthy 5-6 times a day but tI don't how many calories im supposed to take in. I've tried to eat smaal meals a day and see if it would hold me for 2-3 hours but sometimes I'm hungry again after just an hour. What am i supposed to do to make it all right?
I am trying to figure out the eating/exercise schedule... the question is that you aren't supposed to eat 2-3 hours before exercise so do you exercise the eat immediately after?
@Andernuts Not really. I eat a pretty big amount of food. I think more than most people do. at times close to 3000 calories. There are times when I don't want to eat actually. It's the constant eating that is the hard part.
@israelconcrete Ahh i see, I was just wondering beacuase when i start these workout programs I usually get to the 3rd week bail beacause of the diet plan. Also i am a picky eater and its hard to follow these meal plans, iv improvised here and there but i realized i am not satisfied after eating sometimes. BTW great video
Im lactose intolerant too went to a nutritionist told her I didnt like cottage cheese she recommended greek yogurt really easy to digest because of the way its strained and FAGE brand is the best has like 15g of protein a serving

1 cup dry oatmeal (then cook)
5-6 Egg whites (sometimes a slice of american cheese scrambled in for flavor)
Bananna (or fruit of choice)
Good protein, carbs, and natural sugar (not to mention potassium) to get you rolling in the morning.
Perhaps more calories than some want, but if you are active and have a high metabolism it's great.
