One day i'll buy a HUGE chunk of tuna and just bite in it. Eat it all up in a few bites, no cooking or using it for a dish.. That is my dream..

@Modem360 Me too and not have to worry about bones in my fish either from someone who doesn't know how to cut. But in sushi I never once encountered any bones in my pieces.

Beautiful toro bluefin (o-toro to be precise). Chu-toro from the shoulder is just as good and much less work.

nice tuna,Chef.Next time Chef cam show me how to cut the toro,or prepare it.I know that had a fish bone between toro and fat.Thank you.
