Would an instrumental Electronica video still require closed captioning since there is nothing to close caption? Or is there even an airing market for this genre? Thanks!

@Whipper6709 unfortunately the FCC still requires closed captioning. even though it would just be music notes showing up.. If there's no lyrics, you can contact us and I can offer you a discount since it will take significantly less time to caption. The biggest market for you would be the retail promotion. That will go to video DJ's as well as a lot of the closed circuit retail locations.
