the sword is called Umbra its part of a deadric shrine quest for Clavicus Via find his shrine and he will send you to the town of pels gate to find a human bearing the sword used to kill an anchent deadra called Umbra and bring it to him, BUT don't gibr it to him, his reward is crap the sword is better...
