You are so right, it was time to stop thinking about other people and think about myself for once. Its the best decision i have made for myself and dont regret a second of it. :-)

What a strong woman you are! Good for you to stand up for what you wanted and go to another consultant. A doctor is a medical consultant, and it is up to you to take their advice or not. It is excellent that you didn't take the advice of the first doctor, and went to someone else. Congratulations on your commitment. I look forward to continuing to follow your vlogs!

Thank you so much! The doctor was just an ediot....and the thing that gets me is...in other parts of the city people with my BMI and higer are getting done! But im happy with the choice i made and so glad i decided to go private. Thanks again for your lovely msg xxx

My surgery went very well hun...i decided to go private for the band in the end. And had my surgery on 1st sept...two weeks ago, so far i have lost 16lbs. How long have you been on the waiting list for hun?

i went to my doc's initially back in jan, and he said no.Was silly really because i just accepted it, but then after serious thought and research i went back in may and i didnt leave the office till he referred me lol. Got the inital consultation date end of June. But still doesnt mean that they would of funded me...havent got myspace but have msn....will pm you details xxx
