@Chinesevituperation no when i turn on armlet it gives me about 500 hp and i lose about 2 hp per second while it's activated so if i turn it off i lose 500 hp so i had about 500 hp in the video with armlet turned on and i lost those 500 hp to naixs attacks so armlet wont kill me so when i turn it off it will put me back to 0 hp and i can have to turn it on fast before i get attacked or i die

The answer is yes, it`s exactly how you said it -- if you turn it off, it won`t kill you, even if you`re at 1hp when you do that, but every time you turn it back on, it gives you the 500hp bonus.

I don't play dota, I play dota 2 and techies aren't in it yet. They look fun, but I have no idea wtf is going on. Care to explain? From what I read, techies use traps, but I saw no traps being laid down, I just saw you regening massive amounts of hp via lifesteal, and SENSE WAS NOT MADE.

@Serckep lifestealer is a strong str hero wheares techies is an int hero. Normally, a str hero would usually own the shit out of the int hero. But in this case, he failed to because of precise manipulation of the armlet and the stun ward.
